The entrepreneur reimburses all payments from the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with repayment until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. The entrepreneur uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for repayment, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in original packaging.

Return costs
In a warranty case, the costs of returning for Funfanix. The return shipping costs (from the consumer to the webshop) are for your own account. You can package an accessory (a product that fits in a regular small package) and bring it to the post office. Before shipping the bicycle, there must be a suitable box around it, so it is convenient to keep your bicycle box.

Send us an e-mail or post with your intention stating the order number and what you want to return. We will then send you the return form by e-mail (or post), which you can send along with the return shipment.

Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Please do not use the form above, but first send an email with your order number (you will find this on our invoice / confirmation), an explanation of the defect you found and, if possible, a photo to our customer service: [email protected] We try namely, if possible, to resolve the issue for you without having to return the product.

Damaged item
If there is damage, however, you must inform us as soon as possible within two working days after receipt by email: [email protected] with photos of the damaged product if possible. Always state your name, address, telephone and invoice number, after which we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve this. Please contact us before going to a bicycle repair shop.
